Cycloshop
Data-Driven Growth for Social Impact

Nonprofit analytics project, using machine learning and market basket analysis to find smart ways to help Cycloshop grow sustainably.
As part of a social impact initiative, I partnered with Cycloshop — a responsible e-commerce brand — to uncover insights from their sales and marketing data.
I queried and analyzed the dataset using Microsoft SQL Server, then applied K-Means clustering to segment product categories and used Apriori association rules to identify frequent product pairings.
The findings led to actionable recommendations, like bundling products and optimizing store layout, projected to boost sales by 12%. I also created educational Instagram content to help other social enterprises harness data for competitive advantage.
